Webstamatique — automating manual work for business

Automation where it saves time. Control where it matters.

Webstamatique builds software that takes over manual work: handling requests and approvals, and preparing and publishing content. For businesses where one person still keeps everything running using spreadsheets and chat threads.

Discuss your project

Describe a process you handle manually, and we'll work out which parts can be automated.

Request lifecycleLive example

A simplified view of how a request moves through Vacantrix. The full request lifecycle has 11 steps.

Problem

Your process works — through spreadsheets, a notebook and notes on your phone, Telegram and WhatsApp chats, direct messages on social media, exports from a marketplace seller account, and a person who checks all of it by hand before anything moves on.

That's fine while the business is small. It stops being fine when volume grows and that same person becomes the bottleneck.

Services

Five areas we specialise in

We offer five focused services. Each is backed by at least one project in our portfolio that we have built or fully planned.

Automating routine work and requests

We take what you do by hand and make it run on its own, while you see every step.

Problem
Handling requests, scheduling appointments, managing bookings, moderating content and obtaining approvals all depend on one person, often you. They check your website, Telegram, WhatsApp, a spreadsheet, email, notes in a notebook and the marketplace seller account by hand.
What we build
Software that receives requests through your existing channels, such as a website form or Telegram, and automatically moves each request through the process: it checks the request, notifies you and your customer, and suggests the next step.
What you get
A finished, working system that belongs to you, with a log of everything that happened, and settings (prices, limits) that you change yourself, without a programmer.
Value
Fewer mistakes, less duplicate work and faster request handling. Work continues when a team member is ill or on holiday.
Who it's for
Accommodation owners and tour operators, small studios and services with online booking, and marketplace sellers whose ads, orders and requests are handled manually.
Proven by
  • Vacantrix — a request to rent accommodation goes from the website form to the owner's confirmation on its own, and the system protects the dates from double booking
  • LazRadar — a product is picked, a description is prepared, an editor approves the post in Telegram, and only then does it go out to the channel
  • Tours.Vacantrix Development — a customer's tour request is automatically passed to a suitable agent and goes through clear, separate steps from the first inquiry to the payout
  • LazAdPilot Development — checks a Lazada store's ads on a schedule, adjusts bids and budgets, pauses what isn't paying off and launches campaigns for profitable products
Platforms for multiple sellers

One price for the customer, with clear commission calculations for every seller.

Problem
Several sellers, agents or suppliers work on different terms. The customer can't tell what something costs, and it's hard for you to calculate each person's commission fairly.
What we build
The rules of the service: who sees what, a single price for the customer, automatic selection of a suitable seller, separate payment and fulfilment statuses, and a change history that cannot be altered without leaving a record.
What you get
A plan of the service and/or a working program in which the rules (who sees what, when contact details are revealed, how commission is calculated) are built into the program itself, not into instructions nobody reads.
Value
Requests are distributed clearly, the commission can't be bypassed, and there are fewer disputes between the parties.
Who it's for
Anyone whose business involves several sellers or service providers: agencies, networks of independent specialists and affiliate programmes.
Proven by
  • Vacantrix — a guest's contact details are not revealed to the owner until the booking is confirmed: the platform's commission is protected by the software itself, not by an agreement. The platform is operational.
  • Tours.Vacantrix Development — a detailed plan of a service where several agents sell the same tour: one price for the customer and a clear commission calculation. In development.
AI for content and publishing

We help you publish more content, more often, without invented facts or dry, catalogue-style writing.

Problem
You need to put out a lot of content (articles, posts, product descriptions, translations) faster than one editor can manage. But ordinary AI text either invents facts or reads like a dry list.
What we build
A chain of steps that takes source material, pulls the facts out of it, writes content according to your guidelines and shows you the result before it's published. If needed, it translates the text into other languages while preserving numbers, links and names.
What you get
A working process for your website and/or Telegram: source → facts → text → publication, with a status history and clear explanations for any rejected content.
Value
You get more content without growing the editorial team, and your style and accuracy stay under your control.
Who it's for
Bloggers, Telegram channel authors and small media outlets who need to publish often without losing their own voice; anyone running a channel of product picks.
Proven by
  • CryptomatiqueA website and Telegram channel about the crypto market: the system collects news from different sources, pulls the facts out of it, writes a post, translates it into other languages and makes sure the same thing isn't published twice
  • Samui GuideA travel guide: from reviews, maps and materials about a place, the system prepares a tidy card in a consistent style, with rules against invented facts and tourist clichés
  • LazRadarProduct picks for a Telegram channel: the system chooses a product, writes a description in Russian and selects a topic for the post, and you approve or reject the post with one tap
  • VacantrixA Telegram channel that runs itself on a schedule: AI writes the posts and picks pictures so they don't repeat
Websites and client portals built around your business

Software built around the way you work.

Problem
You need a website, a client portal or a control panel that fits your work exactly, not one squeezed into a website-builder template.
What we build
A complete website or app: a public part for visitors (so it can be found in search) and/or a private part — a client portal or control panel that staff with no technical training can understand.
What you get
A finished website or app that belongs to you, with a clear admin area for day-to-day tasks.
Value
The software is fitted to your work. You own it and don't pay a website-builder subscription.
Who it's for
Experts and bloggers who have outgrown a website builder and need their own guide website, a portal for clients or students, or a small online service.
Proven by
  • Cryptomatique — a public website, an editorial dashboard and an admin area in one project
  • Samui Guide — a guide website with an easy-to-use editor, where content is added without a programmer
  • Vacantrix — a booking calendar that embeds into a website, and the data for the owner's portal: arrivals, requests, payouts
  • LazAdPilot Development — a control panel with spending charts, a log of every decision the system makes, and settings where you decide what the system does without you
A development plan before you start

First understand what will be built and how, and only then build it.

Problem
You have an idea or a growing problem, but it's unclear how much time and money it will take. And you worry that development with AI is a black box you can't keep track of.
What we build
A written specification with a checklist for confirming that the work is complete, a phased plan, and a decision log showing what has been agreed, what has been proposed and what needs your input. If you like, we also do the development itself under the same rules.
What you get
A set of documents that you, our studio or another team can use to build the software. You can also proceed directly to a clearly defined first phase of development.
Value
Decisions about money, data access and responsibility are made before work starts, rather than surfacing in the middle of it.
Who it's for
Entrepreneurs with no technical background who want to understand in advance exactly what will be done and how they'll know it's finished.
Project example
  • Tours.Vacantrix Development — a full set of documents before development began: 25 criteria for checking readiness, an 8-stage plan, and a list of decisions showing what is already settled and what is waiting for the owner's answer

About the studio

We take repetitive manual tasks off your hands

Webstamatique is a studio that turns manual work into software that does it for you. Where it saves time, we use AI. Where money is at stake, everything runs by strict rules and stays under your control.

Who we are

Briefly about us

Webstamatique is a development studio. We take a process that currently runs on manual work and make it run by itself: requests are received and handled, posts are prepared and published.

We don't sell technology for its own sake. If an ordinary spreadsheet is enough for you instead of a complicated database, we'll say so.

What we do

What we work on

  • Handling requests and bookings
  • Preparing and publishing content in Telegram and on websites
  • Coordination between several sellers or partners
  • Websites and client portals built around your business

Suited to bloggers and channel authors, sellers, accommodation owners and tour operators, and small studios. See Services for details and Work for examples.

What we value

Honesty over gloss

  • The real status, not marketing gloss.Every project in the portfolio is labelled with what it actually is: working, a first version, in development, or only a plan.
  • We don't hide limitations. We clearly document both what works and what is still unfinished in each project.
  • How we work with AI →

How we work

AI helps. You make the decisions about money and trust.

We treat AI-assisted development as a craft that requires care and judgement. First we write down what should work and how. Every question involving money or trust is recorded in a decision log. The AI that helps write the software never makes those decisions for you.

Principles

  • Every decision is written down.Every rule where money or trust is at stake is marked: decided, proposed, or waiting for an answer. We take nothing for granted.
  • AI doesn't fill in the gaps for you.The AI that helps write the software is not allowed to decide an open question about your business on its own.
  • The important rules are built into the software itself. When it comes to who sees contact details or how commission is calculated, the rule is written into the software, not into instructions that nobody checks.
  • A person confirms the steps that matter. We agree with you in advance which actions run automatically and which require your approval.

What it looks like in practice

How we work with you

  1. You tell usYou describe what you do by hand today: where you write things down, where you forward them, what takes the most time. You don't need to know any technical words.
  2. We put it in writingWe set down what exactly the system will do and how we'll know it was built correctly. Everything debatable goes into a separate list, and you decide.
  3. We build in stagesWe start with a small first stage with clear boundaries, not with everything at once.
  4. You confirmAny action involving money, data access or publication requires your approval.

Tools and discipline

What you end up with

Before we write any software, we prepare documents that you and any other developer can understand. If you decide to continue with another team, nothing is lost.
